    What happens after you send it

    Every enquiry gets a reply from me within one business day, and usually the same day. What I send back depends on what you asked.

    If you asked what your property or lot is worth, I come back with recent comparable sales on your street and what I would list it at, along with what a builder would pay for it as a lot. Those are often two different numbers.
